Payment issues and site is down

    Hello, we had the site running under the name ponutorganics.com. Now the site is down because the credit card payment didnt get through properly and we happened to check it yesterday. Is it possible to recover our website in the old state and proceed from there. Can you guys help us restore the website to the previous state of functioning and also we will renew the website service. Please guide us through this.
