  On February 25 I paid €38.40, and I do not know the reason for the payment. I would also like to know how often these payments are made.

  Hi there,

  That payment is for a WordPress.com Personal Plan that you bought on the site, andreullovera.wordpress.com.

  You also made a second payment for the site of €48 on 4 July, at which point you also bought the domain, andreullovera.com.

  You then proceeded to cancel both the plan and domain on 4 July, and was refunded the second €48 payment in full. The original €38,50 payment was not refunded, because you were already past the 30-day refund period for that payment by that time.

  You can see receipts for all these transactions in your account’s billing history at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  Normally WordPress.com upgrades renewal yearly, but in this case you no longer own any upgrades with us, as you cancelled all the upgrades you had in July. So you will not be charged again unless you buy a completely new upgrade from us.
