    Good Morning –

    I’ve processed that refund on our end. Sometimes it can take up to 2 weeks or more for international refunds to find your account. If there’s any delays I suggest following up with the banking or card provider directly as they can indicate when they’ll be putting those funds back in to your account. That’s also who will be able to tell you how it is going to appear on the statement, as sometimes it is a reversal rather than a refund.
