Payment made but no confirmation received

I’ve just purchased a domain and a premium package. The amount was deducted from my bank as I paid through netbanking but nothing is reflecting in the wordpress account. I have no notification about the domain instead I still show the two items in my cart.

I actually have the transaction on my statement deducted from my account. This is getting serious now. How do I send you a screenshot of a payment for Rs 3,360 that I made at 14:40 (IST). Please help me out here.

The charge you’re seeing isn’t from WordPress.com, and it’s also not the correct amount for the purchase of the items you require.
You may wish to contact the bank as to where that charge has come from.
Just to offer reassurance, there has been no purchases made with WordPress.com from your account thus far.

after changing the currency the amount showing in my cart is still Rs 3360 which is exactly how much I paid. I had the option of paying through Netbanking. I chose that option and was redirected to Dlocal payment partner. I chose my bank HDFC bank and was redirected to the bank’s website. I have been charged. Can you check if you have an Indian vendor for payments through netbanking. What you’re saying is not helping. I need someone to contact me. Maybe through email. SO that I can attach Proofs. I have screenshots and my bank statement to verify this. Is there a complaints forum or an escalation desk.
