    Based on the site address shown in the screenshot, this appears to be a site that was hosted on our Free plan and has since been permanently suspended due to a Terms of Service violation.

    I want to clarify that the site owner in question does not represent WordPress.com in any way. WordPress.com will never request payments through unofficial channels like WhatsApp, so this is an important distinction to be aware of.

    If you did make a payment to this individual, I’m sorry to say that this would unfortunately be a matter to pursue with them directly, as it falls outside of what we’re able to assist with on our end. I truly wish I could do more to help in this situation.
