Payment made but plan status is still FREE PLAN

Hi,
I hope someone can help me. The agent who was helping me has stopped replying my email.
I made 2 purchases by mistake as I only need 1 blog.
1) How can I get a refund for 1 blog (that will be SGD60)
2) Despite payments made, both my blogs status are still FREE PLAN
3) Can you please cancel one of my blogs and give me a refund and activate my other blog so I can start my activities?

You can refund any purchases within 30 days. You will get a full refund.
You can go to ‘Manage Purchases’ here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases
Find the upgrade you wish to refund and click the ‘Cancel and refund’ link below that.

If you have purchased an upgrade, you can use check on the ‘Manage Purchases’ page (link given above). You will get a free domain name with the upgrades. You can get your free domain name by going to
My Sites –> choose the site you wish to add the domain to
