  Hi, I would like to chat with someone who can help me with a different payment method offered on the website. This is for an organisation and the payment can only happen through an invoice. Is this possible?

  Hi there,

  We do not have a process in place to provide invoices (prior to payment) but you will be able to print a receipt after you make your payment, and you will have the opportunity to customize the receipt to add any info you need for reporting purposes. https://wordpress.com/support/billing-history/#view-receipts
