    when I am adding payment method they ask me to purchase plan. I am just starting and I want free. if my experience go well then I will pay

    Can you tell us where/how you are trying to add a payment method? You don’t need to add a payment method if you aren’t upgrading your site to a WordPress.com plan yet. Your site is already on the free plan, and you can enjoy the ad-supported features of your free site.
