Payment Method – Issued invoice?
-
I was trying to buy a domain for an official company project, but our protocols would be for the company to be issued an invoice before we can pay. Would it be possible for wordpress to issue an invoice?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I’m afraid that is not possible.
Once purchased, you can view, print, or email a receipt for any WordPress.com payments by logging into your WordPress.com site dashboard and going to Store–>Billing History. Once there, you can click on “view/print” and see the individual receipt. Additionally, when viewing the receipt, you can edit the “billed to” information. Roll your mouse cursor over the text in the “billed to” area and you will see it become outlined. Click once and you will be able to edit it to say whatever your record keeping requires.
Please let me know if you have further questions or if anything is unclear.

Hi, this was very helpful since I also needed to change the billing info for legal requirements in my country (Mexico).
Nevertheless, I can not find where to change the currency of my purchase, since it only shows a “$” symbol before the amount I paid, but as you may or may not know, that “$” symbol is used for Mexican Pesos as it is for USD. I need to proof the amount paid was in USD. Is there a way to change the currency? or to show that it is “USD” next to the total amount?
Thank you!

I am not seeing any purchases under the account that you are posting from. Did you use this account or a different one? What site was this for?

Thank you for responding Rootjosh,
I used this account today to renew my premium plan for the blog http://ojoterzo.com -
My apologies, I see that payment now.
So, we do not actually accept payment in pesos. So it would be impossible to pay in pesos. I’m not sure if that is enough for your purposes. But there is no way to add USD onto that receipt.
