  I want to upgrade to NO ADDS but I need a bill for it. I can’t pay by credit card, pay pal or bitcoins. Please send me a bill.

  We cannot accept any form of payment other than the ones you have mentioned. If you are in a country supported by Paypal, you can connect it to a bank account to add funds, or you can purchase a pre-paid credit card to purchase the upgrade.
