Payment Methods for WordPress Update

    Hello everyone,

    I think I am ready to go a step further with my blog by upgrading it including having an own domain.
    Now I have a few questions:

    1) What exact payment methods are there?

    2) When I upgrade do I have to take the blog name I currently have or can I change it?

    Here are our accepted payment methods on WordPress.com: https://en.support.wordpress.com/payment/

    When/If you upgrade your plan you’ll pay the annual subscription price at the time of purchase, and then nothing until it renews the following year.

    After you add the new custom domain to your account that is what your visitors will see in their browsers. You will still see the .wordpress.com site address version within your account however.
