Hi there. If a reader buys something from you, you’re in control of that and WordPress.com is not at all involved. If you charge money for anything on your site, that’s your business. WordPress.com does not act as a middle-man for you.
Most people who only sell one or two products, like your own books, use a combination of a contact form and PayPal button. A buyer would fill out the form and make a payment directly into your PayPal account. https://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form/
https://en.support.wordpress.com/paypal/If you want you can also require buyers to pay directly into your bank account, but for customers outside India that will probably not work.
Then you can also create a shopping cart on a site that offers that service and link to it from your blog. If you have the Business upgrade you can add a shopping cart from Ecwid, Shopify or Gumroad directly to your site. In this case, that service provider will handle payments for you, usually at a small fee, but again WordPress.com is not directly involved in those transactions. https://en.support.wordpress.com/ecommerce/

Hi Respected
Its a great piece of information…thanks a lot.
But, can you please let me know the fee/transaction whenever any ebooks are purchased by my customers on PaypalRegards

I’m afraid I don’t know if PayPal charges a fee for that. You’ll have to contact PayPal directly to find this out from them.

Hi,
Yes, i got this from the google that Paypal charges (3.99% + 0.45$) /transaction. I am really confused which payment gateway to use now and which not to use.
But for Indian customer, can they directly pay to my saving bank account?

As I said, you can specify whatever payment method you choose, as long as it works for you, and is legal in the country where you live. If it’s practical to pay for stuff that way in India I see no reason why you can’t do it that way.
I think PayPal is the simplest option that most people will be able to use, and it has built-in safety measures and policies to protect both you and your customers, but you have to choose what will work best for you. I’ve never sold anything through my blog, so I really can’t advise you as to the best option.

I’m glad I could help.
Be aware that you don’t need the Premium upgrade to do this – you can use a PayPal button even with a free site – but the Premium plan does have some other great features you might find useful. https://store.wordpress.com/plans/premium/

Yes, i agree with you…..
But, in premium pack are we suppose to BUY the themes again ?
Wont this themes come with Premium pack ? -
The Premium upgrade doesn’t include themes. You have access to all the free themes here: https://wordpress.com/themes/type/free/
If you want a premium theme you need to buy it separately, even if you have the Premium upgrade. Only the Business upgrade includes premium themes. https://en.support.wordpress.com/premium-themes/
