Payment methods removed but I still got charged

  Hi, this site has been inactive since 2020. My bank account is not shown in this account’s saved payment methods, but I was still charged S$99. I would like a refund and to shut this website and account down immediately.

  We have absolutely no history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.

  If you enter the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ we should be able to help you with this.

  The transaction ID needed will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

  WordPress XXXXXXXXXX
