Payment not going through

I am trying to upgrade my subscription. I have tried both the credit card method of payment and the paypal methods of payment. Multiple times on each. There was a transaction that showed up on my account, immediately after a credit card attempt, but it was for $0.00. The credit card option just give me an error saying it didn’t go through at this time and to try again later. I have tried ‘later’, but nothing.

Hi there,
It’s possible that your bank is blocking the transaction on their end. This happens sometimes with online payments.
Can you please check with them whether this might be the case?
When paying directly via PayPal you also need to have a card linked to your PayPal account when you pay, or it won’t go through.
