I have been trying to pay for my WordPress Domain name for several months. I have two perfectly valid credit cards set up as payment options. However I keep getting this email from Anne F..

It looks like you have added payment methods to this WordPress.com account,
anstis7. But the subscriptions for the domainecoconstruct.co.nzare on a different WordPress.com account, where you still have expired payment methods. You must log out of this account and log into the correct WordPress.com account (where you own the subscriptions). Then you can follow the steps here to update the credit card/payment method.If you’re having trouble locating the correct account, an easier option would be to hit reply to the email you’ve received from Anne. Also, that email is sent to the email address used on the correct WordPress.com account, and you can use that email address to reset the password (here’s how), log in, and then update the payment methods.
