  I made a payment since July 2021 and just cant seem to get my upgrade, the payment does not appear in purchases. el 24 de Julio pague para poder tener con ustedes mi dominio no tengo acceso a las herramientas como si no hubiese pagado porque en las compras no aparece mi pago, no he podido usar wordpress desde entonces por que me pide pago de nuevo

  Como me pueden ayudar para poder usar wordpress, mi pago no aparece y ya paso mucho tiempo sin que pueda hacer nada y ya se va a acabar el periodo en Julio

  It appears that the planeacioninmobiliariaqro.com site is hosted with WordPress.com, however under a different account. What I suggest first is logging out by following this link: https://wordpress.com/me/

  Then, login to the correct account that owns the upgrades. You’ll be able to verify your payments by going to Personal Settings → Purchases → Active Upgrades here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases
