PAYMENT NOT REFLECTING

    I have made payment yesterday for annual plan. However, account details not updated yet. Please help in this

  • Hi there,

    Your payment is still being processed by Netbanking, so we haven’t received the payment yet. Once the payment completes, your upgrades will be added to your account.

    Netbanking payments can sometimes take a few days, and should it not complete for any reason, you’ll be refunded for your payment automatically.

    Hi Team,
    Its been 2 days since I hv initiated payment tru Netbanking. However, still my account is not updated. Hence, I am proposing following option :

    I shall initiate fresh payment tru CC now –

    1. If my earlier transaction gets executed at future date – U please consider that as duplicate transaction and initiate refund accordingly

    2. If my earlier transaction gets cancelled – money will get refunded automatically. No action from ur end req.

    Transaction Details(Netbanking)
    Transaction for INR XXXX to BILLDESK PAYMENT SERVICES has been completed successfully with reference id 51XXXX389. Dated 20th May’21

    I need to complete a project at hand – thus, lil urgent to get access to paid version of wordpress. Kindly suggest accordingly.

    the same thing happening to me also. payment has done twice and it is not showing on the dashboard.
