  could you please tell me after cancellation my subscription i am not receive my payment in my account.

  Hi there,

  After processing, refunds usually take about five to ten business days to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it could take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up. International refunds can take even longer to reach you. Your financial institution is going to be able to tell you when to expect the refund and how it will be listed on your statement.

  Hi humazad12,

  I just wanted to confirm a refund was successfully sent on the 16th April and there is confirmation of this in your Billing History:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  As @kruttikapatil mentioned, it can take 5-10 business days or 1-2 billing cycles for a refund to be reflected on your statement.
