Payment not showing up on billing history

    My subscription payment (via Paypal) does not show up in my billing history.

    Hi –

    I don’t think you are signed in to the correct account since there are not any upgrades associated with this user account.

    Can you tell me what site is connected to the upgrade? I should be able to help you track it down with that bit of information.

    The website name is brightwellcumsotwellwi.com. We received an email on 21 June stating that WordPress.com Premium payment of £85 would auto renew.
    A receipt number and transaction number was given and my Paypal account was duly debited. When clicking on the email link to Print Your Receipt, no payments are shown.

    Hey there, are you able to log in as user brightwellcumsotwellwi ? That’s the account that owns the upgrade and made the payment, so the payment history would show under that account.
