Payment not working

  I am trying to make a payment on a site, and it is not working. I tried to add my debit card to my Word Press account, and it says I need to contact support quoting the error ‘HYMNCA’.

  I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

  Our Billing Support team handles inquiries about this. You can reach out to them for assistance with this using the link in your dashboard that says: “Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.”
