    I tried to pay for the account and it asks for my password to my email that I’ve had and I type the password and it gives me two phone numbers that I don’t have. What is going on?

    Hi there,

    I’m afraid I’m not sure what you mean – we don’t ask for a phone number when you create an account on WordPress.com, and even if you provide one to enable two-step authentication, we definitely won’t tell you what that phone number is on the login screen.

    What is the URL of the site, and the username of the account you’re trying to access?
