  I have added my new card and thought I had paid the subscription for Educating Kenyan Orphans. I have not had a receipt for it.

  Hi! You seem to have bought that with a different account. If you’ll log in with the account you used to make the purchase, you can find a receipt here:
  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases

  Also, we send an emailed receipt to the account that made the purchase, so you might also check your other addresses. Or, if you had someone else make the purchase for you, please check in with them.
