  I try with 3 debit card but every time that message was show
  “Your transaction was declined. Please try another card”
  Why ?

  Please make sure you are using the correct payment types:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/payment/

  Also, some countries are not supported.

  Consider also, is your card expired?
