Payment off my credit card

    Yesterday I received a notofication from my bank that an amount of R1012 or US$68 went off my card for WordPress. I checked with my bank and the payment has gone through to you. Firstly, I had not completed the upgrade yet and was waiting to do this until the time I had the money to spare so this was incorrectly deducted from my account. I should still be using the free site (www.spiritualmediummichele.wordpress.com)
    Please advise if you are able to reverse this payment?

    There are no charges under your WordPress.com account. If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/.
