Payment on site

    I recently set up an payment feature on my site for in-person dance classes I will be hosting. I inserted a payment block that says ‘register here’ but once I open up my site from a browser it says ‘the sales on this site is currently off.’ How do I fix this?

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    Hi again!

    So it appears your Stripe account needs to be verified. Since we use Stripe to process payments, your Stripe account must be active and able to receive payments.

    This document by Stripe has some general information about possible reasons for your payments being blocked. Please contact Stripe support to activate your account. When it’s active, the payment button on your WordPress.com site will start working as expected.
