Payment option for upgrading blog to domian?

  Hi,
  I want to upgrade my wp blog address to a personalized domain but the issue is that i do not have a credit card. So i was wondering if it were possible to do bank transfer to wp instead? Paypal also requires a Credit Card and i can not get a credit card as my per annum income isn’t enough to get a credit card as it is less than what the banks want.

  if you can tell me any other means of payment i.e. bank transfer, money order etc.

  I’m sorry but the only means of payment for upgrades is what you see available in your Dashboard > Upgrades and what you have stated.

  Yes U.S. Dollars – sometimes you can get a bank debit card that works like a credit card for on line payments – I have a couple of friends that use that in place of a credit card –

  Paypal does not require a credit card. I don’t have one, and I use my Paypal account all the time. It requires a bank account.
