    Is it possible to purchase a subscription via purchase order and invoice?

    Hello,

    We are trying to purchase the business subscription, but have found that the payment system will not process the order. Is there currently an ongoing problem with the payment systems? Would it be possible to organise one-to-one support to guide us through the process?

    There isn’t any problem with the payment systems, but I do see that your payment attempts have failed.

    Can you please check with your bank whether they might perhaps be blocking the transaction? They might have mistakenly flagged the transaction as fraudulent, preventing it from completing.

    If possible, can you also try paying directly via PayPal if a payment via credit card doesn’t work?

    Hello,

    We have contacted our bank, who confirmed that the payment was blocked, and we have since cleared this issue. Still, even when paying with other cards (including from different banks) and via PayPal, the transaction was still denied.

    I am unsure as to what the problem is, can you advise further?

  • Have you tried purchasing an upgrade again after contacting your bank? The last payment attempt showing on your account was about 24 hours ago, but nothing since. Our system is also only showing two failed payments.

    If your PayPal account does payments using the same card that was blocked that might be the reason it failed from there as well. Can you try depositing funds directly in your PayPal account and then pay directly with PayPal, not using a linked card?

    I don’t see anything on our side that would be blocking the transaction, but let me know if it’s still not working and if a direct PayPal payment also doesn’t work.

    We have tried again, and unfortunately the transaction has been blocked once more. For audit reasons, depositing money into a PayPal account is not an option for us, and when using a PayPal account it also still refuses to process the transaction.

  • I asked a member of our payments team to look into this, and they can see several payment attempts on your account with two different cards and PayPal. They also confirmed that your payments are not being blocked from our side, but the transactions are being stopped by the banks involved. I’m afraid there’s nothing we can do on our side to prevent that.

    I can try sending you a manual payment link via email and then add the plan to your site manually, but it’s likely that that transaction will also be blocked by your bank. Manual payments can also only be processed in US$. Let me know if you want to try that.
