    Hello, I have just received an email from an someone who used to be associated with our club that uses this account (redacted) about re registering a different card for the payment plan. I uploaded a new card for this but it was under another user (redacted). Could i please check that this account has the card details stored ready for renewal in August and could (redacted) be the main email for this account.

    Hi –

    You’ll need to sign in to WordPress.com using the email address that received the notification from us. Upgrades are renewed from the owners account, unless they transfer them to a different user. There are not any upgrades on your user account.
