Payment Options Didn’t worked, I lost my account, Please i need it back

    Hi Team,
    I have faced issues with the payment options at the time of my normal renewal which resulted in losing my autorenewal. I tried reaching out to WordPress so many times but that didnt resolved. You can track ticket numbers of my requests. Now my web domain needs to be released by registrar which would cost my hefty amount. I have not missed the renewal date intentionally. I tried all possible ways to pay my domain renewal fee. but bothing worked on your portal. and this is not the first time i am paying domain fee to WordPress. This is my decade old domain. this is not fair that now i am not able to renew it with normal process. requesting you to please consider my case. You can refer or track back my purchase attempts, logs, payment history etc. Please HELP !! Please lemme get my account back with normal renewal cost. please !! waiting for your kind reply. please respond soon. Thanks in advance. Muneer

    Looking at gunsmotorcycling.com I can see that domain expired back in July of 2021. If you visit that site there is a new, live site, built and functioning in that space. This is because somebody else has registered it and is using it. We aren’t able to help with that. When a domain expires it becomes free for somebody else to register, this is the same across every provider and not unique to WordPress.com. Sorry that I can’t provide much help for the matter.

    I think the best way forward is to start with a new domain which you can connect to the old project you had on WordPress.com.
