Payment page postcode requirement

    I am losing custom because customers are unable to process a payment without entering a postcode. They receive message that postcode is not valid, not matter what postcode they use. I, on the other hand, testing this issue used several different postcodes – including 0000 – and the payment was processed. What the hell is going on here? We do not need to use postcodes for credit card payments in Australia, how can I remove this requirement?

    On what site are you working? The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com.

    If you’re using the open source WordPress software at another host, please contact support for the specific ecommerce/payment gateway plugin you’re using directly for help with this.
