Hi, am trying to upgrade my account but there isn’t any option to split payment for 12 month I can only see the total being request as £250 will I get charged in bulk?

All of our upgrades are billed for the full annual amount at the time of purchase. You will be charged for the full price, not a yearly price.
That said, if for any reason you decide that you do not love your purchase we will be happy to issue a full refund within the 30 day refund window.
