  WordPress.com doesn’t have any monthly or quarterly payment system. All the subscriptions and domains are billed yearly.

  Hello,

  WordPress.com does not have quarterly payments. But we do offer monthly payments for our plans (all domain purchases are billed yearly). You can choose this payment option during checkout. Click the “edit” button as shown in this screenshot:

  

  Then choose the monthly option, click “save order”, and finish the check out process.

  

  Please be advised that we offer a significant discount for annual payment vs monthly.
