    Hey, I was looking forward to getting a website plan. The premium plan and I wanted to know will the $8.25 be taken out monthly or will the $99 be taken out all at once.

    Hi there, All plans are paid for a full year in advance at checkout.

    If within the 30-day cancellation window you decide you don’t want the upgrade plan, you can request a refund. However, if you use the domain credit to purchase a domain name, the domain can only be refunded for the first 48-hours after purchase. Here’s the full rundown on refunds:

    And of course you can also test out the site using the free plan for as long as you’d like and upgrade later once you get a feel for the platform.
