Payment plan and site title

  Hi, I want to purchase a business plan to start my new website. The original WordPress site has the price in GBP, but when I add the domain name that I already own, I am taken to a payment page which is in USD.

  I don’t know why I am being transferred from GBP to USD and whether I’m still paying for the same plan.

  Also my site title has ‘wordpress.com’ after the domain name – how do I remove this?

  The business plan is $24.92 per month, billed annually.

  When you upgrade to the business plan, you can add a custom domain to your website from https://wordpress.com/domains/add page to remove wordpress.com from your site address.
