Payment Plan questions

    Hi, I’m a little confused about Domain and Payment Plan.
    I was going to do a trial and see if this works for my business account, otherwise, I will cancel, if I cancel, I will get a full refund of $180? It wasn’t supposed to be free for the first year? What’s the price of the domain and the plan? It’s two separate things? It’s very confusing.

    Hi @landinisgroup, the domain is free for the first year with the plan. If you cancel the plan, the domain isn’t included anymore.

    That said,
    – You could still point the domain to another host, then transfer it later.
    – If you cancel early enough, the domain may be refundable as well.
    – If you do pay for the domain, it’s typically around $18.
