    I have been paying for a site on word press, the domain and everything and when i attempt to talk to a human your computer response is that i do not have a paid site??? computers are good to work on, but not for necessary human action so I would really like to talk to a human I can be reached at 216-882-7577 or please send em a number to call

    WordPress.com does not offer direct phone support or a public phone number where you can reliably talk to a human. Even though some third-party websites may list phone numbers, WordPress.com customer support themselves confirm all direct phone lines are NOT active support channels.

    How to Contact Human Support with a Paid WordPress.com Plan:

    • Log into your WordPress.com account.
    • Go to your site’s dashboard.
    • Click the question mark (?) icon in the top right to open the Help Center.
    • Click the “Still need help?” or “Contact Us” button at the bottom of the Help Center popup.
    • Fill out your issue — you can connect with a real person (Happiness Engineer) via live chat or email (if you have a paid plan).
