Payment problem

    While trying to pay the mapping fee of 13.00 usd i receive the below error message:

    The transaction was declined. Please contact your card issuer as they may have blocked the transaction for anti-fraud purposes. Alternatively, try another card.

    I tried many cards but unfortunately the system does not allow me to make payments. Please help… Thank you
