Payment problem!

    Hi, my website needs some help,
    I dont have a payment method of delivering my products, since im the only one that does this for the moment, so i give my customers my address for them to come and pick up their products.
    If the customer orders something more than QAR 100.00, i give him the DELIVERY option which tells the customer if he wants his product to be delivered and he’s within my area, he’ll be charged QAR 30.00
    So what im asking here, how can i make this possible? im new to website creating i already have another website Pantry.qa but shopify takes way too much money so i decided to make a wordpress website : pantryqatar.com
    the website is incomplete, please dont be afraid to point out the flaws,
