payment problem

  Hello,
  I want to upgrade my site plan (from the free one to the premium). But I just can’t find a way to pay with my credit card. I tried several times but it doesn’t work, it always tells me that my card is not valid. So i called my bank to eventually see if there was a problem with the bank, but no, it is alok. So i can’t understand why it doesn’t work as my card is valid! The message it send me is that the card number is not valid. What can I do?
