payment problem

    Hello,
    I was trying to buy the Business plan but I get a message saying that the transaction was canceled and that my card has a problem. I know for sure that it doesn’t, so do you maybe know what I could do?

    Oh no! So, I too a look at things from our side. I do not see any indication of us rejecting the payment or transaction. Because of that it looks to be getting blocked from your card carrier directly.

    My suggestion is to call them and authorize the payment, tell them it’s not fraudulent. If that doesn’t work let me know and I’ll send a manual payment link your way via email.
