Payment problem

    Hello,
    I’ve suscribed to a premium plan, I paid by PayPal and I’ve received a mail confirmation from PayPal and WordPress.
    But I don’t see any change on my wordpress: it is still on a « free plan » and it still purpose to upgrade ma website to a premium plan. I don’t have the domain I choose either.
    Is it because my payment didn’t work ? Or is there a time limit between the payment and the upgrade ?

    As you said, I sent you an email on 2/04 at help @ wordpress.com, with screenshots of proof of debit and the automatic email I received from you to confirm the transaction. I restarted you today with another email but still no response and I was charged the 96 €.
    You have all the information in my emails: I paid, I would like an answer now.
