Payment Problem

    Please I have been trying to make payment for my website, I want to upgrade my free blog site to premium blog site; but the payment gateway is not accepting any of my cards. Please help me out, I have equally tried the paypal account but it didn’t go.

    Hi there,

    Sometimes your bank may block the transaction, even if your card works for other purchases. Please contact your bank to confirm that they are not blocking transactions from WordPress.com. Also, make sure that your card is valid for online and international transactions.
