  Why won’t my purschase of Premium go through? The payment won’t go through via your site or via Paypal, even if Paypal worked fine this morning when I bought a theme. Your site says that my address info is incorrect (it only asks for my postal number, not my address) and won’t go through via Paypal. The error says that the site doesn’t know what item I’m trying to purchase, even if the Premium is in my cart. Thanks.

  Hi there,

  I see that you had a successful purchase of the Premium Bundle on August 9th but then requested a refund on August 10th. Are you still needing assistance with this, or have you decided not to use the bundle on your account?

  Hi, yes it went through when I tried my Finnish Visa.

  I requested a refund after I realized I can’t upload a theme of my own. So this whole thing got resolved :)

  Okay, that’s good to hear. Please note that while we don’t allow users to upload themes, we offer over 200 themes, including a number of great premium themes, and you can get the Custom Design upgrade to further modify any of them.
