  i was hoping to get a refund but can not figure out how! I tried canceling my upgrade but I was still charger for it. Please help!

  It looks like there was a $99 pending payment on your account. I have voided that payment. You may see a pending charge on your bank account, but the funds should not be withdrawn. Please let me know if you need anything else!
