Payment processed without consent

Hi there. Yesterday, there was a payment of $319.80 that was processed from my account. I did not allow or ask for this payment to be processed and need it refunded back into my account. I would be happy to assist you in canceling and refunding your purchase. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.
