I have tried to find out where and how to make a payment for the web site immeasurablelove.com. It is very difficult to figure out how to make the payment. I can see the three credit cards and they are all active but this is the message I am getting via e-mail from Spencer, Happiness Engineer. ‘We attempted to renew your WordPress.com Premium plan on your site ‘immeasurablelovedotcom.wordpress.com’ but experienced a problem taking payment.
If you wish to continue with the subscription please log in to your account and update your card details. Your subscription will be cancelled if payment cannot be made.

I would be happy to assist you in renewing your subscription. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from – that may be the reason you have had trouble finding and renewing the upgrade. Until recently, you were able to renew an upgrade that was under your account, but now only the owner of the upgrade can. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into renewing the subscription upgrade. However, you should be able to renew the domain if logged into the account that owns the upgrade.
