Payment processing issue

I have recently set up a blog on behalf of a professional network and despite selecting the £85 WordPress premium option during setup, I seem to have only ended up with the standard/free version. Is there any way of finding out what has happened to my payment as I don’t want to make a card payment twice.

There are no upgrades listed in My Upgrades so I guess it hasn’t gone through as the liverpoolprimarydeputies.com domain doesn’t work either so looks like I need to do it all again.
