Payment Processing Issue

    I cannot find anywhere to be able to chat with someone through WooCommerce, so figured I would try WordPress. I finally had someone reach out to me to tell me that they have tried multiple payment methods, all of which were telling them that they could not place an order. The error coming up says problem with payment processing. This is right after I paid for an advertisement for my shop on my store through WordPress/WooCommerce. I am finally being told that there has been an issue the whole time, meaning I wasted my money through the advertisement, as well. It is extremely frustrating not even being able to find any assistance with this issue, and I obviously need this issue resolved ASAP, and I have no idea where else to try asking. Thank you in advance.
