  Hi,

  My username is bijoycherian & the email is (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  I opened an account with WordPress and the payment has been processed by PayPal

  PayPal Express Checkout Payment Sent (Unique Transaction ID #3CP092887B468970T)

  However, this is not reflected in my upgrades/domains

  Bijoy, you need to contact staff on this since we are mostly just volunteers here in the forums, but since the contact form is closed for the weekend so staff can work on getting caught up, I’ll tag this thread for their attention and hopefully in a short while they will respond here and take care of the issue for you. Sometimes with paypal it can take a little time for the notification to get to staff.
