Payment Query

    Good Morning,

    We have just started with our website. It’s the first website we have ever done so I’m very new to this.

    We initially made a payment on 11th April 2016 for a premium account, with individual domain name and business E-mails with Gmail for two people.

    However, I am now trying to move a new domain name which suits our business better to WP but it is now stating that there are items pending for payment on our account of £176.00. There is also no payment history for this on our account so I’m very concerned.

    Can someone please explain to me why there are no payment showing on out account? And also how to move a domain to WP?

    We would like this dealt with soon so that we can start designing the site to move forward with our business plans.

    The above was submitted to the forum on 17.09.2016 and I’m still in query. Please can someone help me?

    Hi there,

    Is this for the site, http://eastcoastlandscapessuffolkdotcom.wordpress.com/? The only upgrades I see on that site and in your account is a domain mapping upgrade for eastcoastlandscapes.co.uk purchased yesterday. I don’t see any other transactions in the history for that account and site.

    What is the original domain you had tried to register?

    And also how to move a domain to WP?

    It is not possible to transfer domains to us as our registrar does not allow it. You’ll need to leave the domain at the current registrar and map it here if you already own it.

    Hi,

    Thank you for looking into this for me.

    When we first signed up, I signed up for a premium account, which was included in the £176 that we paid to WordPress. Are you able to put me in touch with an accounts assistant to help me further with this? Or to confirm the payment so that we can either have our instated as Premium or for a refund if we have to reorder the premium and get moving with the site.

    With regards to the mapping, I have completed this.

    Can you please confirm the address of the site for which you bought the Premium Plan and the domain that you tried to register? Then I can look for the transaction in our system. But I can’t do anything to help you if you don’t provide me the information I ask for.

    Although on our account there does also appear another in the name of: Eastcoastlandscapessuffolkcom.wordpress.com

    The payment was taken from our account on or just before the 11th April 2016.

    Both those sites are in your account, but the only upgrade in your account is the domain mapping bought this week.

    I’m going to send you an email in a few minutes as I need to get some payment information from you regarding the transaction and I can’t do that in the public forums.

    I’ve just replied to you via email, but the upgrades you are looking for were bought using a different username, and for a completely different site from the two that appear in your account. More detailed information appears in my email to you. please reply there if you have any further questions.
